I recently moved the site from

(I have generated API keys for both urls, the first is active)

and received a critical error.
(I did not see an opportunity to insert the correct key)

I tried to remove the views plugin and all toolset related plugins - after that site is running again.
But: it crashes as soon I install and activate the views or the blocks plugin.

(access: do you need a user or backend access to my ubuntu server? for the latter, I need a public key)

Hello,

Please try these:
1) Backup your website database, deactivate all Toolset plugins

2) Install/activate the latest version of Toolset Types plugin manually, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

3) Follow our document to setup the Toolset site key, install/upgrade all other Toolset/plugins, and test again:

it is still the same situation.

What I tried:
- delete the plugin files
- de-register
- download all plugins
- installed the types plugin
- re-register
- downloaded the other plugins
- experimented with activation, in sequence or together.

It looks like whenever I activate one of blocks, forms, maps, views: the page crashes.

and:
I tried the lite version 2.9.4-lite of views which is shipped by WPML.

It should be a server problem, please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of WordPress 5.3.2, you can download it here:
https://wordpress.org/download/

2) Make sure your webserver satisfies Toolset requirements:
https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/
Especially this one:
Multibyte String extension (mbstring) must be enabled.
