Hi Dimitris,

Thank you for getting in touch.

In order for you to charge the users for submissions you will need to setup the payment option for the form.

This also means that you are required to have the Toolset Forms Commerce plugin installed. Please let me know if you're having any issues at all or on which step of our documentation on this that you are unsure of.

Hi Dimitris,

I'm not sure where exactly you are referring to because the exact link that i've sent shows how to setup the form to charge the payments.

The payments are charged when the form is submitted on the frontend, as well as the product is used to setup the payment for the form.

Can you provide me with access to the site so that I can have a look at what you've already done ? Also send me a link to the page where you have the form setup on the frontend so that i can go through and see what has been done.

Hi Dimitris,

The issue was that you didn't set the form to redirect to the checkout page after the user has filled out and submit the form. See Screenshot.

I've set this now in the form and it should now allow the users the checkout when they've submitted the post. This was also mentioned in the documentation here.

please see the image "What visitors see" in the course, do you see hte button at the bottom? How can I have it as well in my site?

Hi Dimitris,

This is the submit button on the form.

All you need to do is to edit the text on the submit button on the form edit screen and change it to the exact text that you want it to be.
