[Waiting for user feedback] certain zip codes yield 0 results or a blank page using toolset

I am trying to: use the "Find a Counselor near you" feature on this site and can't find results in zip codes 31701, 31705, 31707, and 31721 using the search function on this page (which is toolset). So far as we know all of the zip codes that don't work are in the same area but there may be more, we have no way to test all zip codes.

I expected to see: results in my search

Instead, I got: either a blank page or an error saying no results.

I would like to know what map API you are using? Google or any other?

Also, Toolset works on the text based address search not on the zipcode.

Can you please share problem URL and admin access details and let me check and once I review your setup I will consult our Devs and see if we can do anything in this case.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
