[Closed] Can't set custom image sizes in Toolset Blocks

Please see the two screenshots of image settings for dynamic images on two different content templates within my site.

On one, I was initially able to set custom dimensions for cropping, however now it's the only option under "image size," and the interface does not allow me to edit or add another custom image size.

On the other, the image size dialogue does not even appear.

I'm confused why I'm seeing different settings for images from one content template to the next. Also confused why I can't edit the size settings for one of them.

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I am not sure to really understand the issue from your screenshots, I need to know which blocks were used for each screenshot and on what content(content template, view, post, page, etc.)

Maybe this is also caused by a compatibility conflict, just to be sure, please check if this issue appears when:
- Only Toolset plugins are activated. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with another plugin.
- The theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Fourteen. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
If the problem disappears, start activating one at the time to track where the incompatibility is produced.
