This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.
Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have a ticket open right now - #2460443 - but when I log in to my account and go to my tickets and review the ticket - I can see my reply from Minesh, but there is no option for me to reply to that support .... I've never had this happen before, but I can't see any way to reply to the support thread!
I'm attaching a screenshot of Minesh's reply on my support page - with no visible way to reply to him!
What am I missing?
