Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Sorry but in trying to follow up on https://toolset.com/forums/topic/view-filter-hierarchical-taxonomy-as-an-accordion-with-checkboxes/ (1) if I click on "reply via secure form" I just get taken to the open ticket, and (2) when I try to reply the the button in that ticket the page thinks for a while and then refreshes ... with no obvious reply box. I'm clearly missing something.

Can you please log out of your Toolset account, clear the browser's cache, and then log in to the Toolset account again?
After logging in visit the other ticket's the link and then try to reply and it should work. In case the issue still persists, please share a screenshot of exactly what options are shown when you try to reply.
