Can't register toolset - Invalid site key for the current site.

This support ticket is created 6 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Register the toolset plugins.

Doesn't allow me to. Says - invalid site key. I went and made a new site key - still doesn't work.

Hi Cory,

Thank you for contacting us and I'll be happy to assist.

Based on the debug information, your website is set to use "http" but no "www" in the URL.
(at WP Admin -> Settings -> General )

I'll recommend deleting the existing site key once more and make sure that the new one is generated, using this same exact URL format.
