Hi - I have a filtered Block (view) set up with dynamic content.
I would like my custom search filter to go in one column and the output in another. I have the block/view set up, but can't seem to move anything around into any columns, and it jumps around the page randomly.

I checked the video you shared and its really strange.
Can you please update WordPress to it's latest version 5.5.1.
Then, in order to minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no plugin/theme conflict:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

I will require access details and problem URL where you added your block view.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
