Can't install demo sites

This support ticket is created 6 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi There,

I am trying to install the real estate demo site but it's not allowing me to install it.

I have invested heavily in the last 24 hours to make sure all my plugins were up to date and puchased WPML as well is case that was the problem (I personally don't think I should have to pay $80 dollars to get a demo site up and working but that's a point for another day .... I just wanted to get it working).

What I'm getting is very similar to the the following problem https://toolset.com/forums/topic/reference-site-needs-cred-1-9-2-where-is-the-download/ so I followed those steps too and didn't get any errors but still none of the demo sites are available for install. Everything has green ticks so I'm very confused.

Please can you help?

Please sure you have below required plugins in your website:
Toolset CRED
Toolset CRED WPML Integration (You can download it from the Reference Sites section, please see attached screenshot:
hidden link)
Toolset Layouts
Toolset Maps
Toolset Views
Toolset Types
