Tell us what you are trying to do?
Hello, I am trying to allow the user to be able to search through a custom post type "fire." I can't seem to get WP search to "see" the fires that have been created. There are thousands of them, but always zero results in search. I have installed and initialized Rellevansi.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Yes, I have followed guidance from both Toolset and Rellevansi.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
Any basic search function (trying to search "fires")

What is the link to your site?
hidden link

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please share problem URL where you added the search and with that search keyword I should try to search and results are available and what view you created for search.

Can you please share all those required details and let me review that and after that I will be able to guide you in the right direction.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

It does not seem to be a Toolset issue. It seems to related to relevanssi or your theme.

I even tried to hook-in the post type 'fire' using the pre_get_posts or even 'relevanssi_modify_wp_query' but there is no success.

I suggest you should get in touch with Relevanssi support in this matter and check with them and they will be the better person who will guide you with the solution.
