Can't delete Layout template even though not assigned

This support ticket is created 6 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,

I created a CPT - then played around with Layouts and Templates - then decided to delete said CPT. Now it seems the Layouts I created and assigned to said CPT are stuck in limbo. I can't seem to delete them. It keeps telling me that I can't do it because the layout is presently assigned. Then I decided to assign the templates to another existing CPT, then unassigned them, then and only then was I able to delete the unwanted templates.
