Tell us what you are trying to do? Create a content template for a custom post. I get this error when I click "Create template":
Toolset plugins let you design templates for single items (pin pages) without writing PHP. Your templates will include all the fields that you need and your design.

Is there any documentation that you are following? No

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?hidden link

Hi Perry,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Can you provide me with admin access to the website so that I can have a look at this for you ?

The private fields will be enabled for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Perry,

As suspected your elementor theme is missing a few components, particularly the single.php as well as the archive.php see screenshot

Without it our plugin isn't able to allow you to create your custom page template or archive. If you have a look at the link below you will see the common template files that a wordpress theme should have.

Thanks,
Shane

I changed the theme to Ocean WP -- which Toolset recommends to work well with the TOOLSET plugins. I still get the same error --

Hi Perry,

I took another check on the issue for you by logging in. I checked your list of plugins and saw that you didn't have our Toolset Blocks/Views plugin installed.

In order to create the content template with our Toolset plugin you will need to have our Blocks/Views plugin installed and activated. Once you've done this you will be able to create the content template.

You can download the blocks plugin from the link below.

Thanks,
Shane
