Tell us what you are trying to do?

created a new post form and edit post form, for the default wp post type.

it seems there is an issue with being able to add links in the wisiwyg editor.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
no, But I have come across this previous issue that was closed but not resolved. Im wondering if it has come up before and any ideas on how to resolve it.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've performed some tests on my website with links in the WYSIWYG form field, but couldn't reproduce this issue.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, along with the form page link? Also, include the exact steps to see the issue.

Note: Your next reply will be private and it is recommended to make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

The login info works, but, when I try to view the page, it shows the "page not found" message.

Also, my user role doesn't seem to have the appropriate permissions to access the page management section in the admin area.
( I get the message "You need a higher level of permission." )

Please make sure that this admin user role has an unrestricted "administrator" role, for this investigation.
