I have a form to edit excisting posts. One of the fields in that form is a repeater for adding multiple images. That field gives an error.
I CAN add extra images in the backend, and I also have a form to create a new post with the same field, which works fine.
Disabling all non-toolset plugins doesn't fix the problem either.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
That is really strange. Can you please share problem URL and admin access details and in addition to that the frontend user access details (if required).
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Yes - I can see the issue and I tried to find validation hook "cred_form_validate" but I'm not able to find that.
Have you added validation hook "cred_form_validate" to validate the number of images should be uploaded with that image repeating field?
No idea 🙂
However, there's another form, "Aanmelden schip", where this field works fine.
Then I will have to debug this bit further and for that I'll require duplicator copy of your site.
However - in order to minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure there in no plugin/theme conflict.
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference? if no:
Please send me duplicator copy of your site.

I'm able to reproduce the issue. Please allow me to escalate this issue to our next level support and I'll get in touch with you as soon as I have any update on it.
Please hold on for further updates.
Ok thanks
Any update?
I checked the internal ticket I've reported but there is no update on it as of now. I'll get in touch with you when I'll see any progress with our internal ticket.
I would like to inform you that the fix for this issue is shipped with the Toolset Forms version: 2.6.15
=> https://toolset.com/download/toolset-cred/#changelog
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
OR
You can install/update Toolset pluigins using the installer plugin:

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
Hi Minesh,
Images in portrait stand are automatically rotated to landscape now, and even stranger, on this specific post: hidden link, the main image is even rotated 180 degrees?
I'm not sure why you see the wrong image. How you are displaying that image?
Can you please share admin access details?

Can you please also share problem URL of the post and share the expected output (maybe screenshot)?
I already shared the problem URL with you, hidden link. That's the only one that rotates the main 180deg (as far as I know). But all extra images in portrait stand are rotated to landscape, for example hidden link (which is set as private).
The expected output is that images just stay the way they originally are, so if an image is in portrait, it should stay in portrait, not be rotated to landscape. Like this (older) post: hidden link.
I'm using a masonry gallery in the template (hidden link) so that shouldn't be a problem.
