I have an issue with Views after transfering website from one host to another one. BTW, Toolset settings page display a blank page on new host.

One View doesn't display all entries as expected and as it does on previous host.

You can have a look at dev host : hidden link

Live server is actually accessible with Hosts (windows) file config at 167.114.83.239 lemieuxnolet.ca.
Specific page with problematic Views at : hidden link

I did add new site and renew key from my WP-Types account but it doesn't display views as Toolset components installed.

I would really need to have that views fixed before redirection my client's domain.

If you need access, please let me know.

Thanks for your support

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all, I would like to know that how you moved your site from one server to another?

Also,
Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.

Hi Minesh,

I did transfer all files manually from one host to the other. As for the DB, I did export and reimport it via phpmyadmin. I did replace in sql file all mention of previous host and adding reference to the new one.

Since my last message, i did try to uninstall Views and reinstalled it. I did also delete all Views and importing the Views from previous host installation. That did correct the display issue

As stated in previous message, I can't see the settings page, It's blank. Therefore, I can't provide you with the debug info.

And the Views plugin is not detected in my Toolset account.

Does the fact that the domain nams (lemieuxnolet.ca) is not yet redirected to new host can be the cause of these issues ?

Thanks for your support

Well - you should move your site from one server to another using Duplicator plugin.

Could you please check following Doc and try to move your site using Duplicator plugin.

Hi Minesh,

Sorry for the delay. I did move the website with duplicator.

Everything is working as expected except for the Toolset settings page that display a blank page (see ss1.jpg)

I also noticed that Views is not displayed in my account under WP-types / my sites. It should be !!! (see ss2.jpg)

BTW, the installation is fully accessible at lemieuxnolet.ca, and still accessible until everything is working correctely at alexgauvin.com/lemieuxnolet.ca

Thanks for your support

Could you please share your site key?

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Do you see its working? If no, could you please try to clear cache and check.

Mmm, it seems that you haven't read my post completely !!!

Relevanssi is the plugin that cause the Toolset Settings page not to work.

For your purpose I reactivated relevanssi so you can check for your self.

Thanks

It was due to types plugin did not updated correctly and might be corrupted.

I had removed the Types plugin and downloaded and installed the fresh copy and now I can see that Toolset settings page working fine.
