I am trying to: use WPBakery Page Builder to create a new content template

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: None.

I expected to see: The Page Builder Editor

Instead, I got: Nothing

First of all, to ensure there is no conflict between the third-party plugins or theme you are using. Would you mind to run a simple compatibility test?

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

I have deactivated all plugins and changed the theme but the issue still persist.

There is no error in my browser's console or error log.

Ok - as I understand, you wanted to build content template using the wp-bakery page builder? correct?

I just checked with my local test install with "WPBakery Page Builder" version 6.0.3 but it just works fine with Content Templates. Please check the following screenshot:

Then I checked with the plugin "The7 WPBakery Page Builder" which you are using and I'm able to reproduce the issue. I've escalated this issue for further debugging to our next level support. I'll update you as soon as I know more.

Ok we confirm the issue but the thing is that Toolset offers integration with WPBakery Page Builder as you can see with the following Doc:

For now, Toolset does not offer integration with The7 WPBakery Page Builder. To make "The7 WPBakery Page Builder" compatible with Toolset, as per the workflow you need to file a new feature request using the following form:

and, you can also contact "The7 WPBakery Page Builder" support to contact us.

Hi, I may have discovered the causes of the bug, it is somehow related to the block editor.
I've encountered the same problem but I am using the original WPBakery Page Builder instead of the The 7 version.
When I enable the "Disable Gutenberg Editor" in WPBakery Page Builder Settings, I was able to edit Content Template using the page builder.

I just got the news that this issue is a wont fix for us as the work should be done at the WPBakery page builder. If you require more details, feel free to reply here.
