Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

It seems you are using really outdated version of Toolset Types plugin that is 2.2.9.

We publish the Types 3.0 with the new many to many relationships and later we added number of features and its been already almost two-three years we release Types 3.0.

Please check the following blog:
=> https://toolset.com/2018/05/toolset-post-relationships-release/
=> https://toolset.com/2018/05/when-if-to-migrate-relationships-in-old-toolset-sites/

Before you update the Toolset plugins to latest official release version:
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***

I should advise you to update Toolset Types plugins manually using plugins page for now:
- deactivate and delete all current Toolset plugins
- download the latest Toolset Types plugin from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
- Upload and activate the Types plugin from the plugins page
- Try to use commercial tab to update all other plugins
