Having a lot of issues with toolset lately on several sites. This one now doesn't show anything on the page from toolset. But if you login all the information is there.

Hi Lisa,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've logged-in using the access details that you shared, but I'm not able to access any admin area page and just see "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page." message.

Can you please make sure that this user has the administrator role and also share the link to a page where the issue can be seen?

regards,
Waqar

Oh my goodness. Sorry, I forgot to issue you a role. You can now login. Sorry about that.

My client is waiting for this to work. Any ideas so I can help her. I disabled Jet pack but that didn't work either.
thank you.

Hi Lisa,

Thank you for updating that user's role.

I'm afraid, it wasn't clear exactly which page you're referring to but I've checked a few pages with views, content template and the Toolset's Dashboard page in the admin area and they all seem to be showing correctly.

Examples:
yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=toolset-dashboard
yourwebsite.com/dog-for-sale/miracles-male-parti/
yourwebsite.com/puppies-for-sale/
yourwebsite.com/test-puppies-for-sale/

In case the issue still persists, can you please share exactly what is missing along with the link to the page?

regards,
Waqar

Please help. My client needs her page to show. If you view this page live , not from the backend. It is blank:

From the back end, then view site, it shows perfectly Just not live for customers to see anything.
Please check again.

As I'm looking at my other sites using the same system, I don't see just a generic page called Template for Pages, just my custom dog template. Could that be the issue? If we delete the template page, would all the data already submitted by client be saved to show on the dog template in views? I didn't create this custom set up and it has worked just fine. Not sure why it has stopped working all of a sudden.

I've been investigating and I also have a Copy page of the one that should be showing and I think that works. Not sure how I got all these pages and duplicates. For now I'll redirect the menu, but need to figure out how to get this corrected.

Thanks for writing back and for sharing the update.

I found 3 similar pages on your website and whether I viewed them as a logged-in admin or a logged-out visitor, they are all showing view's content:
( I've tested them on a couple of different devices and browsers to be sure )

It seems that your client or some users who may have reported the blank pages were seeing old cached pages, after the update.

My recommendation would be to clear all involved caches (through plugins, server/CDN) and if someone still reports a blank page, you can request him/her to clear browser's cache and then check the page(s) again.

Let me know if you still see something out of place and for a different question/concern, please open a new ticket.

Can I or should I delete those other pages? Test and Copy? I'm just afraid to delete anything but it is confusing to have so many

#1412711

Yes, you're right and to avoid confusion, it would be better to delete or at least set as Drafts, the extra copies of the pages ( Test and Copy ).

Those are just regular pages and you can always create them again if you ever need to test something.
