We have a Multi-site instance that recently starting prompting 'You are using an expired account of Toolset.'. However, we have registered all-toolset plugins and have an active subscription.
We cannot un-activate Toolset on our production site as it would fracture the site's infrastructure. We have not found anywhere in the WP backend to update/refresh the Toolset license key.
Please let us know how to best go about getting Toolset registered again. We do not have registering-rights for our development or staging instances.
We are still getting the following message:
"You are using an expired Toolset account."
"Your site is using an expired Toolset account, which means you won't receive updates. This can lead to stability and security issues."
Selecting 'Extend Subscription' only brings us to the dashboard of Toolset's site, and the existing subscription is active. We need to resolve this issue without de-activating the plugin.
Please let us know if there is a way to update the license key of the plugin, or any other ways can get Toolset registered again.
