It appears there was an issue introduced recently affecting content templates with conditional blocks, and we are working on a fix.
In the meantime you can apply this patch, which should temporarily fix the issue: hidden link
Download and extract the zip and use FTP to replace the file of the same name at /wp-content/plugins/toolset-blocks/embedded/inc/
I'm not sure if the upcoming Blocks release will have the permanent fix. If not, it may be necessary to apply another patch, but I'll let you know when that update becomes available whether any further action is necessary.
I'm escalating this thread, and will let you know when I have more details.
The fix for this was included in the latest release of Blocks (version 1.3.3), so when updating to the latest version the patch will be overwritten and the issue should no longer appear.
