[Resolved] Cannot edit elementor draft page

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I want edit page. That is build from elementor.
When page status is draft. I cannot edit.
Then I deactivate Toolset Access plugin. That is ok.
What happend?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

I checked this on my own test site, and I didn't have any problems editing a draft page with Elementor when the Access plugin is active.

It must be related to the specific settings you have on your site.

Can we get access to your site's backend to check?

I will mark your next reply as private so that I can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for me to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

Does the problem only occur for a specific role, or for all roles (including administrator)?

Which one is the problem draft page?

I have tried it in your website, with below steps:
1) Login as user "toolset-helper-test", it is in role "網站管理員-英文語言"
2) Go to page list of "United Kingdom":
hidden link
I can edit those pages without any problem, for example:

And it is not safe to share your website credentials publicly, I have changed your post to private.

3) Choose any page status in draft. for example: hidden link

Role "網站管理員-英文語言" cannot edit elementor in any draft page. But when I deactivate Toolset Access plugin.
It will be ok.

I'm not sure you can talk chinese. If you can. That we can use chinese.

I can see the problem in my localhost, the problem is that you did not install the "WPML Translation Management" plugin in your website, you can download it in WPML website:

是的，可以編輯草稿狀態的USA文章，在我的localhost上沒有任何問題，參考截圖draft1.jpg 和draft2.jpg
