I am trying to:
Simply delete a form ..

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
Back-end, needs login

I expected to see:
A visible confirmation window that allows me to accept to delete the form or to cancel deletion

Instead, I got:
A window hidden behind the wordpress backend admin panel, and thus inaccessible. Result: cannot delete unwanted form. See attached image

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - I checked with my local test install and I do not able to see this issue. This issue could be the cause of conflict of plugin or theme. Please check following screenshot:
=> hidden link

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

Thanks for responding.

Unfortunately, I am unable to do what you suggest on a live site, because that will break the site .. well, at least not in the short term

By the way, I am using the Astra theme, and have no Admin UI plugins. So, it is hard for me to believe that another plugin or theme is forcing a modal window into this location.

I use Elementor on this site, and observed a conflict with Layouts Plugin and have kept the Layouts plugin disabled. Could that be the cause of this?

Hello,

Minesh isn't available, I will take care of this thicket.

It seems to be a compatibility problem, please try to locate the problem plugin by these:

1) Duplicate your website in another place, for example
http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator

2) deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme, and test again

3) if the problem is fixed, activate other plugins/theme one by one, try to locate the problem plugin/theme
