I am trying to:
Access the Toolset Types dashboard in wp-admin

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
The Toolset Types dashboard in wp-admin on my local development environment

I expected to see:
The dashboard

Instead, I got:
Fatal error: Cannot declare class Toolset_Filesystem_File, because the name is already in use in /users/jschwartz/sites/emfluence.com/emfl.wordpress/wp-content/plugins/types/vendor/toolset/filesystem/file.php on line 6
The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, I have tried it in a fresh wordpress installation + the latest version of Types plugin 3.3, there isn't similar problem as you mentioned above.

I suggest you try these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, deactivate/remove all custom codes, and test again

2) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, also point out the problem page URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

I can install your database dump file in my localhost with a fresh wordpress installation 5.2.1 + latest version of Types plugin 3.3, but there isn't the problem as you mentioned above, it works fine, see screenshot wp521.JPG.

There might be some broken file in your website, please check these:
Deactivate/delete the Types plugin, reinstall the latest version of Types plugin 3.3 manually, and test again.
