[Resolved] Cannot create a layout with two columns, even using grids everything ends in 1

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

I am trying to: Create two columns on the Front End for the post, one with the label, and one with the field content.

I expected to see: The afore-mentioned 2 columns

Instead, I got: Either everything mussed up, using only a Visual Editor cell, or everything one above the other, when using a grid, where I thought the grid would at least force the items into the two columns. Nope, still brings the field value directly under the label, instead of next to it.

Solution:

please check this:
Dashboard-> Toolset-> Settings-> General
section "Bootstrap loading", you are using below option:
The theme or another plugin is already loading Bootstrap 3.0

So Layouts plugin won't load the Bootstrap CSS/JS file in the front-end of your website, and your layout won't work as expected.

You can choose another option "Toolset should load Bootstrap 3.0", and test again
