cannot activate OTGS Installer plugin

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site? hidden link

I am trying to transfer the Toolset license from my account to the owner of the site, which is why I have removed aiel.com from my registered sites. It appears that to re-register the site, I need to install and activate the OTGS Installer plugin, but it will not activate. Is there another way I can update the site registration?

The owner of the site has an account at toolset.com?

When you say the OTGS Installer plugin will not activate, what happens? Are there errors? (Have you checked the debug.log?)

You can install Types or OTGS Installer, you don't need both (Types includes the installer code itself).

(You can install Types manually from your account downloads page.)
