Hello,

I'm using the correct key to activate the license on the site but it keeps saying invalid key. I've copy and pasted, deleted the site and created a new key and tried the www and non www prefix but none are working 🙁

Please can you take a look?

Hi James,

It seems that our chat got disconnected.

As mentioned in the chat, for further troubleshooting, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure all plugins other than Toolset are disabled and temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and then check the registration key again. This will help in narrowing down to a possible conflict.

Note: WordPress, active theme and all plugins should be updated to the latest versions.

2. Also, contact your host to confirm if there is some middle security/proxy layer involved which can block or restrict the server's outbound connections.

3. In case the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details in reply to this message.

Note: Your next reply will be private and though no changes will be made on your website, please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

Please let me know how it goes and if you have any further information.

regards,
Waqar

To fix this, i tried the solution above to de-activate all plugins and switch to default theme. This didn't work, however I instead updated the Types plugin manually and it immediately worked!
