[Resolved] cannoot save some WYSIWYG fields

This support ticket is created 3 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: save a wysiwyg field using the Visual tab.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see: text in the banner below the date.

Instead, I got: the data does not even save in the database in the wysiwyg field "Symposium Banner Message" (The only way I can save data is by using Firefox. Or by using the Text tab.)

We have two known issues with the WYSIWYG editor, can you please try to check workaround shared with the following links and try to resolve your issue:

We installed a previous version of the module. My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
