Cache problem with views

I am trying to display items in a view, your system work partially and get stucked with some cache problem

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Yes, Luo gave my instructions, the system works, but do not refresh the view when needed

Is there a similar example that we can see?
I have a video where I show the problem, can I send it to you ? (is online)

What is the link to your site?
