[Resolved] Bypass Image custom field url validation

This support ticket is created 6 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi,

Is there any way to bypass the image custom field URL validation? (see the attachment)

For some reason, I need to insert some number in the image URL column instead of an image URL path.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - unfortunately, there is no way to bypass such validation and its not logical as well to add test/number to field type image as image field always requires valid URL.

As a workaround, I suggest you should use text/number field type to input such number.
