Hi Arno,

Thank you for replicating. I've passed this onto our 2nd tier team to have a further look.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Arno,

Thank you for the patience.

Our 2nd tier team had a look at this one and was able to see the issue and it was escalated to our development team.

They made the suggestion that you can add the view directly to the page itself rather than the template and that should resolve the issue.

Is that something that is feasible for you to do with your current project?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

For this particular case I could do that, or temporarily use a text link rather than a button, or use a text link with CSS to style it as a button.

For other instances I need to stick to templates, because they allow multiple blocks to be combined and reused. I have many templates with a view and a map, for example.

It's escalated to the dev team, so does that mean it will be fixed in one of the next releases?

Thanks!
Arno

HI Arno,

That's correct.

Once our development team looks into the issue they will put the patch in another release.

This is essentially a workaround so that you can progress with your project.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

Great! I can work with that.

Is there anywhere where I can track the status and see when it's fixed? Apart from that we can close this ticket.

Thank you,
Arno

Hi Arno,

Unfortunately no there isn't a way for customers to track our internal tickets on bugs.

You can go ahead and close this ticket when ready
Thanks,
Shane
