Tell us what you are trying to do?
create multi step form to connect equipment to jobsite with Jobsite Postform ,as multi step . getting error 'Form type and post type do not match' on step 2 .

Is there any documentation that you are following?

It this problem resolved?

I just tested the URL you mentioned above with below steps:
Click "Book", fill all fields, click "Continue", I see another "Personal Info", see screenshot Personal-Info.JPG

There isn't the similar problem as you mentioned above:
error 'Form type and post type do not match' on step 2 .

just to followup i am displaying equipment post, step two if click on 'submit' they can then email the post.
