Hi! When the Bootstrap grid is overridden with custom CSS, it often breaks in unexpected ways like this. Can you remove or comment out all the custom CSS that overrides the responsive grid, column widths, column margins, column padding, column display and flex properties, etc? I ask that because our support policy says we don't troubleshoot custom theme code: https://toolset.com/toolset-support-policy/
With all that custom CSS removed, I can troubleshoot more effectively and see what's going on.

thank you for your reply. If I remove the CSS in views it does not have any more interest since all the layout will disappear and if it disappears the problem is not visible anymore.

Bootstrap 4 support is coming to Toolset very soon. Right now, Toolset does not offer BS 4 support. It looks like maybe some code was added to try to support BS 4? Are you the developer or did you inherit this? For example, see the flex overrides I turned off in the screenshot here. When I turned off that grid override, you can see that columns returned in Safari.

I have just been informed that Toolset's Bootstrap 4 support will be available today in a new release of several Toolset plugins. While you are working with your developer, please let him or her know to expect support for BS 4 in Toolset now: https://toolset.com/2019/07/toolset-now-supports-bootstrap-4/
