If I choose the WooCommerce Plugin Default Template
It will display my the layout (header / footer / etc) I built for my site, but will break the variable product.
If I choose the WooCommerce Views plugin default single product template
It will display my variable product, but break the layout.
I've troubleshoot it down to this, but not sure how to fix it.
I built the website with the Oxygen builder plugin (hidden link) after moving away from Headway and so think something is off.
I saw the documentation here on theme integration with views, but not sure how to integrate since its a plugin which is essentially acting like the theme.

Do I understand you correctly that if Oxygen is disabled the issue is resolved?
That might be a conflict with the Oxygen plugin... we are in contact with them, the developers at Oxygen actually made the entire integration happen that you can now use with Toolset and that plugin.
If I can confirm the issue and have steps, I can contact them or even ask our Developers to fix this if it's on our end!
For this, however, I need precise steps to the issue or a way to replicate it so I can then find the steps and debug it.
I think the fastest for all here is if you can send me a copy of the (if possible, only with required plugins) website, and instruct where and how I can see the issue.
Then I can work on this and solve it or forward it to the developers/3rd party.
