Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Toolset Views becoming blocks as you can read on this announcement. Once one is activated it deactivates the other.
https://toolset.com/2019/11/toolset-views-becoming-toolset-blocks/

I tried locally to update Views and Blocks, each one at a time and I don't reproduce any issues. Can you try to update one each time again and see if the issue persists?

Best regards,
Jamal

I'll need to take a closer look at this, can you allow me temporary access(WordPress/FTP) to your website?

It seems that the update failure is caused by the site registration key, check this screenshot hidden link

1. In Plugins->Add New->Commercial(tab), click on "Unregister Toolset from this site".
2. Go to Settings->General and copy "Site URL".
3. Go to your sites page https://toolset.com/account/sites/ and remove your key for this site.
4. Create a new key with the URL copied in (2).
5. Register the key on your site in In Plugins->Add New->Commercial(tab)

Then try to update the plugins again, it should work.
