I am looking for a block like the attached image.
Could you please suggest to me some documentations which matches this requirement?
We can use a block with 3 columns.
How I can have a context area as marked in the first section. same structure in all 3 sections.
With left side border, Background image.

You can try with WordPress built-in "Cover Block", see WP document:

You can also setup the "Cover Block" background image as dynamic source, for example, featured image, see my screenshot
