Hello, We are contacting you because we have a small problem. We have a site that is built with the DIVI theme. Recently, the Divi builder no longer works for Toolset CPTs. The Divi builder works on all the rest of the site (Page/Article/Theme Builder) but not at all on the Toolset CPTs. This only displays a blank page or certain elements if you built the page on Gutenberg before.

The words “The update failed. Updating the meta value of _et_pb_use_builder in the database is not possible. » is displayed.

Do you know where the problem comes from?
Sincerely,

#2683333

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To troubleshoot and reproduce this, I'll need to see how Divi and Toolset are configured in the admin area.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message?

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing the access details.

During troubleshooting, I was able to confirm that this is the same issue reported at:
https://toolset.com/errata/js-errors-editing-posts-with-divi-divi-builder-fails-to-load-for-posts-using-a-toolset-template/

Your website's post type 'Actualités', has Toolset content templates assigned to them, which is why it is not possible to edit those post types individually through the Divi page builder.

To confirm, I've set the Toolset content template to 'None' for the 'test' post from your screenshot ( /wp-admin/post.php?post=114512&action=edit ), and you'll see that it can be edited through the Divi builder.
