I just updated the toolset components. Pages built with views are broken. they are no longer displayed! What solution to solve this problem

Sorry Shane but nothing is fine. My home page is not built with toolset but with divi. the impacted pages are: 'STAGE YOGA' and 'VOYAGE EN inde' these are the pages that display the type of content in the form of "view". my client is furious because he is losing reservations. thank you for helping me solve the problem

Its quite possible that an error is being thrown on these pages.

In order to see what is causing these errors, would it be possible for you to provide me with FTP access to the website so that I can have a look at the page to see what error is being generated?

If not then you can follow the instructions below and let me know what error is being generated on the pages.

I was able to see what the issue was.

The problem is that you are using an outdated version of wordpress. Could you try updating to the latest version to see if this resolves the issue ?

This is because the Latest views requires the wordpress block editor and this is available in the latest version of wordpress.

Hello shane,
My problem is partly solved, after having updated wordpress, the pages "Voyages en Inde" and "stages Yoga "which are views of a content type, are displayed.. But there is always a problem: I can not not open a post of content type "Stages Yoga". to check go to: "Stages Yoga" and click on a post; an error 500 is displayed. Please help me again because I am not a good developer!

I tried to find out why this is the case, however the wordpress logs aren't showing up anything.

Could you contact your hosting service and ask them if they can check the php logs to see what errors are being generated?

From there you can send me the errors so that I can have a look ?

I contacted the accommodation service:
1 - they do not have access to php logs,
2- we changed the php version from 7.0 to 7.2
but it still doesn't work.
3- can you give me the plugin prerequisites for hosting to see if it is an incompatibility

it becomes urgent to find a solution because the are the service reservation pages; it's a big shortfall

Is it possible for them to contact the hosting service that is being used ? An error is being generated and in order for us to debug we would need to know this error.

Failing this I would need to create a copy of the site to test here locally to see if I can replicate the problem.

I am sorry for my late response, I had some emergencies to settle

SH : Is there a way to configure a transfer site that I can work on so as not to disrupt the active flow on the current site?
Zo :no unfortunately I only have a local test site and it is not updated. however you can copy the site locally to test. I prefer that we try to find the bug before returning to a previous version of toolset. Who has fairly significant performance issues
