I am trying to: autogenerate form

also unable to change Status of content created or edited by this form: to publish - after saving it still shows draft.

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, in case it is a compatibility problem, please try this:

1) deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme, and test again

2) If the problem still persists, please provide a database dump file (ZIP file) of your website in below private detail box, also point out the problem page URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

So it should be a compatibility problem or server problem, you can migrate your website in a test site

then deactivate plugins/theme and test again, try to locate the problem plugin/theme.

support for the plugin looks non-responsive so won't pursue that.
if there is nothing that can be done on the Toolset side the ticket can be closed.

I have tried the plugin "WP Hide Post" with your database dump file, but there isn't similar problem, and I see some other PHP warning message after activate plugin "WP Hide Post":
for example:

Warning: fread() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in \wp-includes\functions.php on line 4838
Warning: fclose() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in \wp-includes\functions.php on line 4841

Those warning message are produced by the plugin "WP Hide Post", with or without CRED plugin activated.

It seems that the plugin "WP Hide Post" is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress, I suggest you check it with author of plugin "WP Hide Post", and you are right, nothing that can be done on the Toolset side.

You can create new thread if you need other assistance.
