Astra's Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg not working with Toolset Blocks

This support ticket is created 4 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:

Use the Advanced Columns block from Astra's Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg (UAGB) plugin in a Toolset Blocks template.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:

I have created a page with an Advanced Column block configured in the same way I have configured it on the page with the issue, hidden link

I expect to see two columns, the left column is a headline with a blue background, the right column is some text with a gray background, as configured in the Advanced Column block.

Instead, I got:

Instead I see the content as if none of the UAGB styles are available. The headline in the left column is above the content of the right column with no background color in either case.

It appears that somehow using a Toolset Blocks template is disabling the stylesheets associated with UAGB.

I understand that the UAGB columns block is working on a page and not working on a content template, right?

I have set up a very simple example on the sandbox site as requested. You can compare the presentation of the Advanced Columns from UAGB on the Sample Page to that of the exact same block on the Hello World Post which is using a Toolkit template. The block works on the page, but fails on the post.

I am escalating this issue to our 2nd Tier for a second evaluation before escalating to developers. I'll keep you updated about the progress of this request.

Hello!

Our 2nd Tier has confirmed that this issue was already reported and fixed in the dev version of the Toolset Blocks plugin. You can check it working on the test server hidden link
The release is still under testing and hopefully, it will be released very soon. I can't tell when though.

I have marked this ticket as fixed in the next release, so I can let you know when it is published.
