I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

Hi, you have access info in the other support request pending I have with you. If I try to copy the password agin it will reset and won't work for the other support request you have with me. Can you use the access info?
Ok - I think you are getting wrong here. I see when I edit the post "idée nouvelle" its been assigned a Layout "Appel de proposition" and this Layout holds the CRED form cell.
=> hidden link -- edit post
=> hidden link - layout assigned to above edit post
This is the reason its displaying the Form. What you should do is:
=> Create a content template and add your desired fields you want to display
=> create a new layout and set this layout to display with the post type "appel-proposition"
===> Add content template cell and select the content template you created above and save the layout
