archive view - first position fixed

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi, great if you can advise how/if the following can be done

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I have a 'Toolset View' that is shows
- post types (one specific CPT)
- order by post title
- taxonomy filter: taxonomy same as current archive page
What I want to do is that the first position in the grid is fixed, but still filtered so the first position is changing according to the taxonomy filter

Is there a similar example that we can see?
I have attached two screenshots with comments
