Archive templates don't work

This support ticket is created 4 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Instead, I got: nothing, the loop doesn't work. I don't see the loop

Thanks for the details, I can log into your website.

Please edit the WordPress Archive you mentioned above:

You can find the The loop in block editor: WordPress Archive Loop

And in right sidebar, click "Documento" tab, there is a section "Loop Selection", here you can setup where you want to display the WordPress archive

Ok thanks, but it still doesn't work the loop. You cannot' seet the anteprima of the loop. And you don't even see the WordPress Archive Loop Blok. I think there's a problem with the host. With the beta was all right.

I have tried it again, here are detail steps, please correct me if there is anything missing:
1) Log into your website, open URL

2) in right sidebar, click "Documento" tab, I can see the section "Loop Selection"
3) Click on the center of block editor, I can see the "WordPress Archive Loop", and you have already add some fields into it. see screenshot: WordPress-Archive-Loop.JPG

If the problem still persists, please try to clear your browser cache and test again.
