[Resolved] Archive template not working anymore

This support ticket is created 5 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

This page uses an archive template and is supposed to pull the post type "classes" for the "instructor" (taxonomy).

It worked before, and now it's not. I don't know what happened to cause it not to work.

Hi Stacey,

Thank you for contacting us and I'll be happy to assist.

I noticed that the "classes" posts are showing on that archive page for visitors (non-logged in users) but not for someone who is logged-in.

This issue has already been reported and a fix for this planned to be included in the next "Toolset Access" release (2.7.3):

I'll update you through this ticket, once it releases and for now, you can use the patch from the erratum page, above.

Hi Stacey,

Just wanted to follow up and confirm that the Toolset Access version 2.7.3 has been released and includes a fix for this issue.

You're welcome to update the plugin and let me know how it goes.
