Tell us what you are trying to do?
Trying to create an archive page for posts categories. When i click on create archive its basically using the standard views wizard and when i actually get to edit the page its just a standard content page. I don't get anything archive related

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please share problem URL of your archive and admin access details and let me review what going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Actually I would like to know what things you would like to display with your archive?

#2637567

What I'm trying to do is create a list of categories on the main blog page that people can click on and it will go to this archive page showing the posts for that category

The current archive you created is for home page/blog.
=> hidden link

Do you want a different page as blog page where you want to list all category names and when you click on that specific category name it will redirect you on category archive?

#2637597

the main blog page is here
hidden link
on this page we want to display the categories on the right side - uncategorized is already there. These should go to the archive page

the page your referencing is basically nothing because I never get the archive loop when i hit the block editor

I see on your blog page you have added the categories block:
=> hidden link

I've enable the option "Show empty categories" available with your categories block and it now shows all categories.

Then I set the following archive to display with categories:
- hidden link

Now if you click on any categories name it will display the information from the above archive.

As you know there is no posts attached to category "test-1" it does not display any posts and shows "no items found".
=> hidden link

You can format whatever information you want to display with your category archive loop:
=> hidden link

ok cool thanks... my only left over thing is on that archive page it doesn't seem like i can add other things outside of the loop in the block editor for example if i wanted to have the list of blogs on the left and say a month category on the right. it looks like if i do that now it will just repeat for each blog listing
