I have a Type's Archive layout displaying a view and it was working very well for a long time. Recently i noticed that for non-admin users it displays the "Archive Page: There is no Layout assigned" and has the big red Assign a Layout button. If im logged in as an administrator, i see the correct layout that's always been there.

I've check Access and that custom type is managed by Types and has permission granted to the proper roles.

Dear karen,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check the compatibility problem first:
1) deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme, and test again
2) if the problem persists, provide a database dump file of your website, I need to duplicate same problem and debug it in my localhost, thanks
