[Resolved] Another website cannot register Toolset anymore

This support ticket is created 5 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi, yes it seems to work now, thanks.
I don't know what you did, because I have deleted and re-installed Types in another site with the same problem, but it doesn't help.

May you have a look there too?

Thanks for the details, here is the details steps I tried in your website:
1) deactivate all other plugins, switch to wordpress default theme 2019
2) update the Toolset Views plugin, it works fine, see screenshot installer.JPG
3) activate other plugins/theme again.

So there should be some compatibility issue in your website, you can try to locate it by this
1) deactivate all other plugins
2) Test again
3) Activate other plugins one by one, try to locate the problem plugin

Hi, you're right.
I have deactivated all active plugins one by one and found the culprit.
Surprise, surprise is WPML !

What can I do?

There are two plugins in your website can not be deactivate:
hidden link
ET Support Center :: Must-Use Plugins Autoloader
hidden link
advanced-cache.php

Please make sure all those plugins are deactivated.

Hi, I did some more testing also in other sites I own, and I can confirm that WPML is causing problem with the registration process.
I have contacted already WPML about it and the ticket is escalated to 2nd tier.

Let's see what they say.

Thanks for the link, I see it is in "Waiting for user confirmation" status, you can follow that thread to fix the WPML issue.
