Another note symbol between their first and last names

I ended up just putting a hard break after the provider first name to drop the last name to a new line.

However, I've added pagination four times to this and no pagination shows up on the front user end (only on the admin end.)

You can see it here on the admin. .But it's not visible for me on the user end.

I believe all these things are related - things that disappear and reappear. What could be causing this problem overall?

There might be some input methord issue in your computer, and I don't see "?" symbol in that page.

I have done below modifications in your website:
Edit the problem page:

Find and edit the "Fields and Text" block, switch to HTML mode, and change the codes as below：

<h3 style="text-align: center;">[types field='provider-first-name'][/types] [types field='provider-last-name'][/types]</h3>

Test it in frontend:
