[Resolved] Always display post that is marked as sticky first

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

I'd like to display the sticky post first followed by the most recent posts. How can I do that using toolset views?

Solution:

I suggest you create two post views:
1) The first post view display those sticky posts, with filter:
Select sticky posts only.
2) The second post view display those non-sticky posts, with filter:
Select any post but the sticky ones.

Hello,

I suggest you create two post views:
1) The first post view display those sticky posts, with filter:
Select sticky posts only.
See screenshot sticky-posts.JPG

2) The second post view display those non-sticky posts, with filter:
Select any post but the sticky ones.

What if I want to display only one sticky post and one random post in a loop?

#1133168

As you can see, there is only a feature to filter the post view by "Select sticky posts only".

In you case, same as above, you can create two post views, the first view display only one sticky post, the second post view display those non-sticky posts with random order.
