Tell us what you are trying to do? We installed Relevanzzi plugin to activate the search feature on custom post types but it overrides also the main site search that we need to keep with the standard WordPress search engine.
Since we understood that Relevanssi overrides also the main search engina, is there a way to have both active? (WordPress search engine for the main contents and Relevanssi search for only some custom post type contents).

Thanks.

Franco

Hi Franco,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Unfortunately no, the purpose of the relevanssi plugin is to overwrite your default search so that it can search for more items including texts inside the custom fields.

However it may be possible on the relevanssi index setting to let it know which CPT not to index.

Thanks,
Shane
