AJAX form submission will stack with loading sign

submit the form with AJAX update option on

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

The page display loading icon but does not go anywhere forever.

I expected to see:

Successful form submission.

Instead, I got:

nothing.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all, I see you are using the number of third-party plugins. To enausre, there is no compatibility issue:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes? - Do you see any difference?

Do you see any javascript error on your browser's console?

If the above steps do not help, can you please share the link where you added the form.
